If you are convinced that our products do not fit your requirements, e-study will return your money. We don't
want your money if you are not happy with e-study products.
Money Return Procedure
Please note: returns are accepted within 60 days of the purchase date only. E-study uses the submission date of the
Form of Return to determine the date of request for the refund.
To get your money back please, follow the instructions below.
1. Download refund_request_form.pdf, print it out and fill it out. Note that all fields are
obligatory.
After filling the form, you must sign it.
2. Please, scan your filled Form of Return and e-mail it to sales@estudy.net.au.
3. eStudy will issue your refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within
14 business days from the date of receiving the Form of Return from you.
